Refund Policy

• General Donations: Refund requests may be submitted within 10 days of the donation date if the funds have not yet been allocated to a project.
• Project-Specific Donations: If funds have already been used for a designated project within 10 days, refunds cannot be issued.

All refund requests must be supported with valid evidence. Once funds are allocated or a project is implemented, no refunds can be granted
